1948 PIM-BO THE CLOWN TalentToy Marionette EFFANBEE DOLLS (USA) Box/Instructions

Description

PIM-BO THE CLOWN marionette is from the TALENTOY product line of EFFANBEE DOLLS beginning in 1948.  He is in very good used condition with a nice costume and felt hat with the bell attached.  He carries his juggling stick with extra strings for tricks.  There are a couple of flakes off the paint of the wooden face and metal hands, but overall looks good.  The controller is connected to the strings properly as it came from the factory.  This item has been used and has been stored in its original box which is fair to good shape with missing paper, a dent in the edge, and water stains.  It comes with the instruction sheet in good condition with creases and wrinkles. The original record is not present.
SPECIAL PIM-BO THE CLOWN TRICKS:
"Three strings all go through the trick stick on my toe and attach to the front of the controller.
1.  Pull the first string sharply, and I kick the stick up and catch it again on my toe.
2.  Pull the first string out in front of me and lower the perch, and I do a "split".
3.  To make me kick the stick from my toe to my hand, take the first and second strings together and pull both strings sharply; then let go of the first string and hold onto the second string.
4.  To make me kick the stick from my toe to my nose, take the first and third strings together and pull both strings sharply; then let go of the first string and hold on to the third string..."
