Helical/shelical Cutterhead for 6" jointer Delta 37-220, 37-207.

Description

Note there have been various cutterhead designs for this jointer over its history. The list is for an overall cutterhead length of 9.155” with a 5/8” shaft OD and a 3/16” keyway slot width on the shaft; this is the most common design. If you are not sure if this cutterhead fits your machine, please feel free to contact the seller prior to placing an order.
The list is a helical cutterhead, manufactured by WGM Tool Works, to replace the stock traditional steel cutters of a 6" Delta jointer. This cutterhead fits the following jointers on the market:

Delta 37-220
Delta 37-207
Delta 37-207 Type 1
and many other 6" jointer.
Each head features 4 rows of cutters for a total of ~25. Each cutter, or carbide insert in a size of 15mmX15mmX2.5mm, is solid carbide and will outlast your steel knives by a good margin. Each insert also has four cutting sides so just rotate the one side that gets dull and you are ready to go again.
