Testing Performed On This Lot: Unmarked gold is tested using an industry standard Niton DXL precious metal analyzer. Clearly marked precious metals are tested using a magnet, and Niton DXL as needed. In certain situations, acid tests may also be done using a JSP acid testing kit. Gemstones/precious stones are tested using Presidium gem testers. The Presidium tester does not differentiate between natural and lab created stones.
Authentication
Unmarked gold, platinum & sterling silver is tested using a Niton DXL precious metal analyzer. Niton DXL, and JSP testing will be disclosed in the auction description when used. Acid test will not be able to differentiate between gold/silver plated, rolled/electroplated gold/silver and solid gold/silver
