This is a used, shirt-sized, pair of U.S. military 0-1 ranks.
They are clutchbacks and are NS Meyer 97/N maker marked
They are each 3/4" tall
These are used ranks and could use some polishing and such.  These would be great for an older uniform where you want to see some age on the insignia.
