Shipping costs
Many of our offers are free shipping. In this case, actual shipping costs are at our expense.

Provided that separate shipping costs are shown in a particular case, these – besides the actual postage – also include costs of order processing, packaging materials, labour costs, taxes and other charges. shipment
release for orders usually follows the payment receipt.
a. For PayPal payments immediately after confirmation by PayPal.

Non-EU countries: Mainly German Post and DHL (rarely others)
3. If your
tracking
code starts with RB (/RE), you can track your shipment with Deutsche Post (German Post) within 4-5 days. After it has entered your country, you can track it with your national post. However, please note that not every country provides door-to-door tracking.
If your tracking codes starts with AT, you can track your shipment until it has left the customs clearance of your country.
4. Our
delivery
time is the duration from order processing to shipment release, which is triggered by the payment receipt.
In case of payment receipt before 12:00 (CET) on weekdays, the goods will be shipped the same day, otherwise the following business day. In this sense, “working days” are all working days that are not designated as public holidays (see above) except Saturday.
In this sense, „available immediately“ would mean that we are able to ship immediately but the time of delivery depends on the shipper’s dispatch time and possibly customs clearance.
5. Delivery is a shipping duration estimated by Ebay, which depends on the delivery address and only roughly reflects the true period of time.
Non-EU countries: The delivery time in non-EU countries is subject to strong fluctuations, which depend on customs clearance in the recipient country. Therefore, it can only be estimated.

Delays in shipping
In principle we only offer items on Ebay that are currently in stock and ready to ship. In rare cases, however, we may not rule out overselling due to simultaneous orders through various channels. Also inventory errors cannot be fully excluded. Through strong frost in the winter months, immediate delivery of frost-sensitive liquids may also be affected. Provided that the delivery will be delayed by several days, we will inform you immediately.
Non-EU countries: Import duties levied by the recipient country are not included in the purchase price and, if there are any, must be paid to the customs authority of your country. If you return an order, you can try to reclaim the duties paid from the customs authority of your country. Please understand that we do not refund duties and taxes levied by the authorities of the recipient country.

Returns:
From outside the EU: Returns from countries outside of the European Union must be declared for customs on the contents, value of goods and origin. The declaration must state that it is a return of goods to the country of origin, Germany. Please inform yourself about declaration provisions with your shipping service provider. Also enclose a copy of the invoice in the return. Otherwise, it cannot pass German customs and will be returned to the sender in the worst case.
