    Description

    You’re buying a Used Se-tenant Strip of Four Stamps, Scott #2779-82, Twenty-Nine Cent, National Postal Museum Stamps (Starting the System, Expanding Nation, Moving the Mail, and Stamps and Bar Code).
    These stamps are stored in either Glassine Envelopes or in Stock Books in a non-smoking home. I am in the process of getting rid of the extra stamps that have accumulated (and still are accumulating) in my forty plus years of stamp collecting. However, I am no expert!
