    You’re buying a Used Se-tenant Block of Four Stamps with Plate Numbers! Scott #2951-54, Thirty-Two Cent, Kids Care About the Environment (Earth in a Bathtub, Solar Energy, Tree Planting, and Beach Clean-up).
    These stamps are stored in either Glassine Envelopes or in Stock Books in a non-smoking home. I am in the process of getting rid of the extra stamps that have accumulated (and still are accumulating) in my forty plus years of stamp collecting. However, I am no expert!
