    This is a great lot for fans & collectors of Shari Lewis.
    The winner of this lot will receive:
    SHARI LEWIS VINTAGE HUSH PUPPY HAND PUPPET
    Phyllis Naomi Hurwitz, better known as Shari Lewis, was a ventriloquist, puppeteer, children's entertainer and TV show host. In 1957 her TV show, Hi Mom introduced puppets Hush Puppy, Charlie Horse and Wing Ding. Lamb Chop was previously introduced in 1956 during a guest appearance on Captain Kangaroo.
    This lot includes 1 sock hand puppet - Hush Puppy. It is stamped on the back of its heads: "1960 Tarcher Productions." Hush Puppy's sock is in good condition. It has some darkening and a hole. The stitching has minor fraying. The vinyl face has some paint loss, scuffing and discoloring due to age and wear. Hush Puppy's 8" in length.
