Teac C-3X Stereo Cassette Deck located in California

This item is from the state-of-the-art professional recording studio that has been closed recently.
It turns on the power.
It makes a spinning noise when you press the Play, Fast-Forward, and Rewind buttons, but it doesn't work correctly.
It does not playback any recorded voice or music for some reason.
Maybe it's because we haven't used it in a long time.
I'm pretty sure it's an easy fix.
You can have it sold-as-is.
