VINTAGE 1950s-1960s HAZELLE DUCK & DRAGON DINOSAUR MONSTER TOY HAND PUPPET

Description

Offered here together are two different hand puppets. They are sized for a child's hands. Their heads are made of vinyl, or soft, rubber-like plastic. One is a duck, and the other is a dragon, dinosaur or monster. Both have a cloth tag inside, which reads: "CREATED by HAZELLE Inc...K.C. 6, MO." They are not dated, but these were made when the post office was using the 2 digit postal code - between 1946 and 1964. (They were made by the same "Hazelle" company that made all those great marionettes.) The heads on both have some minor paint wear, and are a bit "tacky" or sticky feeling. There are some light ink stains & soiling on the white, cloth body of the duck. The tip of one of the dragon's lower teeth is nicked off. They still display very nicely, and are guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
