This listing is for a vintage "Never fail lighter"
When you flip the light open, inside is a book of matches instead of a lighter (ha ha ha, get it?).
The matches case (the "lighter") is made out of wood and in good condition. It looks just like a lighter. THe front says "Never Fail Lighter guaranteed lifetime".
The matchbook inside is unused. It is "Cupples" brand "good housekeepers a famous name on household items".
There's a little stamp on the matches case that says "Florida's Homosassa Springs"
Condition:
Unused matches. A couple of very small nicks to the wooden matches case, but otherwise item is in excellent condition
Measures:
3" by 2 1/8". Fits any standard matchbook.

PLEASE NOTE:   On October 1 we suffered a severe storm in Pennsylvania, and some of our earliest listed store items have been destroyed by mega water in our basement.   We have since thrown away ALL damaged items.   There may, however be a couple of listings that have not been taken down.   If that happens, we will immediately refund your money as we try to update our inventory asap.
