vintage professional hand puppet POPPINJAY The King. This puppet has come out of a fantastic 60 year collection. It is in used clean used condition with a repaired felt small section on right side of mouth. Roger Dennis and Bob Vesey founded Poppinjay in 1969 and are now retired from performing sadly I have been recently informed one of the pair has passed .They were known for the highest quality puppets, performances, scripts and production .This beautifully detailed puppet has a felt hand painted head. Felt hands hand painted face, felt hands and detailed hand sewn costume. Not signed. No fade ,tears, or odors. Measuring 18".
